- Train and mentor junior team members in social media best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their demographics.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Ability to adapt to new trends and capitalize on effective strategies quickly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique content strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
